A contract manufacturing agreement usually deals with the coverage of the requirements for the manufacturing facility, the quality standards and quality measures that must be followed, the terms of the manufacturing payment as well as the total amount that is needed to be paid by the client, the management of the manufacturing inventory and other elements that are necessary to be known by all parties involved.
